After its acquisition in August 2015 by Digital Dimension -Econocom Group-, the ePurchasing software provider continues its transformation and consolidates its status on the eProcurement market.

Paris, January  25th, 2016.- A new branding for a new start: SynerTrade, now part of the Econocom family, has decided to modernize its brand. This new identity, clearly “Digital Procurement” oriented, establishes a stronger positioning and a clearer offer. The core business is well configured around five major families of solutions: Source to Contract, Procure to Pay, Supplier Management, Spend & Purchasing intelligence, and Innovation Management. Thereby SynerTrade highlights its expertise in helping the purchasing departments optimizing their processes, and confirms its leading role in digital business transformation.

Through this new identity, SynerTrade values its 15 years of expertise in eProcurement. SynerTrade is also the only provider in this competitive market to focus its approach on the user experience and to integrate strategic and innovative developments into its solutions

A few months after the announcement of the acquisition of 90% of its shares by Digital Dimension, an Econocom subsidiary, SynerTrade also launches a new logo, reflecting its new belonging to the software division of the group. The company, targeting to reach the 50 million€ turnover, aims to extend its leadership in the eProcurement market globally.

SynerTrade took this opportunity to rethink its website. This new version is available in 6 languages: English, French, German, Dutch, Italian and Spanish. Designed to enable a smooth navigation and a quick overview of each solution, it also allows SynerTrade to link to the visual identity of Digital Dimension.
