The Bertelsmann-Printing-Group subsidiary, Campaign, will be using Synertrade software for its digitalized supplier management in the future.
The software includes leading, award-winning modules for a professional 360-degree supplier communication. From the supplier application, to the ongoing business relationship and the strategic development of the supplier portfolio, the complete offer process is mapped.

Suppliers can register and participate in tenders via the platform. This allows data to be kept up to date and documents and certificates to be exchanged.
Due to these capabilities, we are able to send inquiries and invitations to tender to the suppliers, who can then submit their offers via the online platform without media discontinuity. Campaign’s Conception & Sourcing department can compare the offers and directly award the contract. The entire tendering process is documented and can be traced at any time. This results in a high level of process reliability and transparency.
