Synertrade is pleased to announce two appointments to its Executive Committee: Renaud Delcroix as Chief Revenue Officer and Thomas Haddad as Chief Technology Officer. Both arrivals reflect Synertrade’s next phase of growth as an independent, management-led company expanding internationally.

Renaud Delcroix joined Synertrade as Chief Revenue Officer on July 6, 2026. He brings a strong track record in enterprise software and international go-to-market strategy, having held senior revenue and commercial leadership roles at global technology companies, including in complex, highly regulated markets. He reports directly to CEO Laurent Jeanmaire and sits on the Executive Committee, with a global mandate that reflects Synertrade’s international ambition.
His early focus: getting close to customers and the market, understanding where procurement teams are under the most pressure today, and making sure Synertrade shows up with clear answers on sourcing, supplier management and the data that connects them, rather than another long list of features.

Alongside Renaud, Thomas Haddad joined Synertrade as Chief Technology Officer on August 24, 2026. He brings over 10 years of experience in engineering and technical leadership, most recently as Head of Engineering at Leboncoin, one of France’s leading online marketplaces, and previously in engineering management and DevOps roles at Welcome to the Jungle, a French HR tech and recruitment platform. He also reports directly to Laurent Jeanmaire and sits on the Executive Committee, with a mandate spanning both engineering and product.
