As part of the development of our International activities, we are looking for a Chief Marketing and Product Officer, starting as soon as possible.

We support our customers by offering them software solutions that accelerate their procurement process by simplifying their business (from supplier sourcing strategy to spend analysis) thanks to our Accelerate Procurement platform. Our platform manages €500bn of spend, with 650+ clients worldwide via our 20+ offices worldwide (Italy, Spain, Germany, USA, India, China,…) We have kept our start-up spirit while being part of a large international group leader in digital transformation, Econocom!


We are looking to recruit a CMO to define the global marketing and product strategy, generate revenue and lead the growth and content team. The CMO position is key to the company’s success. In direct contact with the General Manager , you will be responsible for building and executing marketing strategies on a global scale. You will manage the entire marketing team organization and own all the marketing channels (growth, demand generation, brand, content, product marketing, partner marketing) to drive revenue. In close partnership with Sales, Product and Tech teams, and managing a team of marketers, you will design and deliver effective, results-focused, and inspirational marketing strategies.


  • Build and own the overall marketing strategy and execute a results-oriented plan to drive growth on a global scale.
  • Define the overall marketing strategy, develop operational marketing plans to be adapted by regions and ensure local execution with a strong focus on lead generation,
  • Lead the marketing team across growth, content, communications, demand generation, community and partnerships to build a cohesive vision, build brand awareness and drive sales pipeline,
  • Define a global strategy for conferences and trade shows and organise internal and external international events,
  • Manage marketing budget to ensure efficiency and optimum allocation.
  • Develop and implement KPIs to systematically measure the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing spend and activities,
  • Manage weekly and monthly reporting by defining goals, tracking KPIs and reporting metrics appropriately.
  • Closely work with Sales team/SDRs to measure campaign performance and lead quality to ensure revenue goals are reached.
  • Oversee outside agencies/contractors as needed.


  • Experience as in Marketing within a high growth international SaaS organisation is essential.
  • Native or Bilingual level of English with a good level of French.
  • Proven expertise in overachieving demand generation goals and accelerating revenue growth.
  • Experience in building and leading high performing marketing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with scaling
  • Highly analytical skills with significant experience leading data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of Marketing & Sales CRM frameworks, marketing automation, Google Analytics, and paid/social interfaces.
