Synertrade Completes Strategic Transaction and Enters New Phase of Independent Growth

Synertrade has completed a strategic transaction that establishes the company as an independent, management-led organization.

The transition is backed by a consortium of investors with deep expertise in scaling B2B software platforms — bringing not just capital, but operational know-how aligned with Synertrade’s next phase of growth.

As part of this transition, Laurent Jeanmaire has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, and Fabien Guionnet has stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer.

A reset and an acceleration

This transaction marks more than a change in ownership. It marks the beginning of a sharper, more focused chapter for Synertrade. One built around a clear mandate: platform excellence, execution discipline, and delivering measurable value to every client.

Operational control is now fully in the hands of the team that knows this product, these customers, and this market best. Progress made over the past months — on platform reliability, on client service, on how the business operates — becomes the foundation for what comes next.

Built for the procurement environment ahead

Procurement is entering a new phase. The CPO is no longer just a cost manager. They sit at the heart of enterprise resilience, navigating geopolitical, financial, cyber and ESG risks that are becoming systemic. Organizations need more than dashboards. They need clarity, and the ability to act on it.

That has always been Synertrade’s conviction: go beyond data, beyond risk and turn complexity into confident decisions. That conviction now has the structure, the backing, and the focus to accelerate.

What this means for clients

There will be no disruption to existing services, contracts, or support teams. Clients can expect continued investment in Synertrade 5 platform performance, and an accelerated roadmap driven by the operational priorities that matter most to their business.
