Munich, 13rd December 2021. Winter is heating up – Synertrade has won two strong new clients and will also launch its Customer Excellence Club in Germany in January 2022.

The transmission system operator TransnetBW, headquartered in Stuttgart, has chosen Synertrade as the digitalisation expert for their procurement in an EU-wide tender process.

After an intensive and agile selection process, we are convinced that we have found the right partner by our side in Synertrade, explains Dominco Gentile Head of Procurement, TransnetBW.

Synertrade’s solution is implemented at TransnetBW as a central purchasing platform for the strategic and operational purchasing process with holistic integration into their SAP system. A milestone for the procurement team of TransnetBW, that with Synertrade takes the next step in digitalisation towards an all-in-one purchasing solution, with the modules source-to-contract (S2C), purchase-to-pay (P2P) and supplier management (SRM).

In addition to TransnetBW, a DAX 30 company will also implement the central, global purchasing platform in January 2022 in order to digitalize eProcurement processes faster and more efficiently. The company will initially start with purchase-to-pay and contract management and will integrate further modules up to auctions in the next project phases.

Both companies have chosen Synertrade in order to be able to use the best practices approaches of the Synertrade modules very quickly, as they already offer a very high degree of coverage of the requirements. In the further project phases, the specific processes will be implemented and the integration into the ERP systems will be realised.

From January 2022, the Synertrade Customer Excellence Club will also be launched in Germany. The central member platform offers all users the opportunity to not only exchange information about new developments of the Synertrade solutions, but also to work out trends & suggestions for the further development of the system.

This is intended to align the further development of the various modules even more closely to the requirements of the customers, says Gerard Dahan, CEO of the Synertrade Group.
