The data collected during the examination of your application are processed electronically by the human resources department of Synertrade, enabling it to manage the recruitment process of its future employees.

This processing has a legal basis in EU.

What is the purpose of processing your personal data?

The purpose of the human resources department’s processing is to:

  • Receive, record, file resumes and cover letters by mail and email;
  • Managing recruitment procedures in relation to the hierarchy of agents to be recruited;
  • Analyze applications and evaluate candidates;
  • Respond to job applicants;
  • Complete mandatory legal formalities;
  • Populate the administrative file of the selected candidates;
  • Maintain a pool of candidates who have reached the end of the recruitment process.

Which categories of personal data will be collected and processed?

To meet these purposes, only personal information strictly necessary for the assessment of your ability to occupy the proposed job or to the extent of your professional abilities will be required during the selection phase.

To this end, we will ask you for data on the degrees you have obtained, your professional experience, your professional skills and abilities in relation to the proposed position.

The provision of this information determines the conclusion of your employment contract. Failure to provide this data will make it impossible for you to participate in the recruitment process.

In the event that your application is accepted for the conclusion of a contract, we will ask you for the necessary information and supporting documents to complete the mandatory formalities.

The transmission of this information determines the conclusion of the employment contract for the successful candidates. In addition, the communication of certain categories of information and supporting documents (civil status, domicile, social security registration number, regularity of stay, etc.) has a regulatory character for the applications selected. Consequently, failure to provide such data will make it impossible to conclude the employment contract.

How long do we keep your data?

The data concerning the successful candidates will be integrated into their administrative file and will be kept for the retention period applicable to it (up to five years after the end of the employment relationship).

Data concerning applicants who are not retained for the employment contract but have reached the last stage of selection will be kept for the purpose of offering them, where appropriate, new job offers, for a period of up to two years from the last contact with the company.

The data concerning candidates who have not reached the last stage of selection will be deleted without delay, as soon as the recruitment procedure on the position in question is closed.

Who are the recipients of the data collected during the examination of your application?

Your file is treated confidentially.

Only those responsible for the departments interested in your application (recruitment officers, managers, etc.) have access to personal data. In case of a positive outcome to the recruitment process, in order to finalize the recruitment, the Human Resources Department will have to transmit some of the information collected to the organizations informed of your hiring (in particular unemployment insurance, health insurance, pension, mutual insurance).

What are your rights and how can you exercise them?

You have the right to access your personal data. You also have the right to rectify and delete these data and to object to their processing.
